Ingredients for 1 tablet: Magnesium-200 mg Vitamin B6-2 mg Vitamin B1-1.4 mg Vitamin B2-1.6 mg Vitamin B12-1 mcg Other ingredients: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, flavouring passion fruit, aspartam, acesulfam K, citrus fruits extracts – natural source of bioflavonoides. Contains a source of phenylalanine! 2. Energy value for 1 tablet: Energy-34.6 kj/8.2 kcal Proteins-0.03 g Fats – 0.01 g Carbohydrates-0.33 g

Directions

Recommended dose – Once a day x 1 tablet dissolved in a large glass of water. The sedimentation on the bottom of the glass is normal.
