How to use :
With clean hands, apply it like liquid eyeliner with the applicator brush to the base of upper and lower eyelashes, from the inner to outer corner. Follow same procedure for brows, covering entire eyebrow area. Eye area should be clean and free of makeup and/or creams prior to application. Use twice daily, morning and evening at bedtime.
