Sedistress belongs to a group of medicines called “hypnotics and sedatives”.These medicines have a calming effect and help you sleep better.
Sedistress is a traditional herbal medication used in adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years to reduce moderate mental stress symptoms such as nervousness, anxiety or irritability, sleep.
Indications:
Adults and adolescents (over 12 years of age)
To facilitate sleeping
In moderate symptoms of mental stress (nervousness, anxiety or irritability)
Directions for use:
Swallow the tablets with a large glass of water.
Usual doses for adults and adolescents over 12 years:
– To reduce the mental stress passenger: 1 to 2 tablets morning and evening. On advice from your doctor or pharmacist, the dosage may be increased (maximum 8 tablets per day).
– To facilitate sleep: 1 to 2 tablets in the evening half an hour before bedtime.
