Use:
Apply Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Petals in the morning and/or evening to your face, eyes and lips using a cotton pad. No need to rinse.
-To gently cleanse the eye area, place a cotton wool pad soaked in Micellar Cleansing Water over each eye for 1 minute before gently removing make-up.
-To decongest the eye area, apply pads soaked in Micellar Cleansing Water and make light tapping movements on them.
