Use:
Adults:
2 capsules in the evening, at mealtime and 2 at bedtime to take with a large glass of water. The dosage can be increased to 5 capsules per day if necessary, on the advice of your pharmacist.
Children over 12 years:
1 capsule in the evening, at mealtime and 1 at bedtime to take with a large glass of water.
